Chasing the Sunset

Sunset is my favorite time of day. Any time, any place, a vibrant sunset has the power to stop me in my tracks. Whether I witness it on the beach, from my front porch, in the car, at the lake, etc., I find each one to be incredibly moving. They remind me to be in the present and to appreciate the miraculous world that God has created for us. Whenever I see a sunset, without fail, I rush to capture a picture of its beauty to add to my now very large photo collection. I often look back on these pictures and can remember the exact moment they were taken. My assortment of radiating pinks, yellows, oranges, and blues remind me of some of my most beautiful memories and have become personal treasures. It is safe to say I feel the most connected with nature under a sunset and I will continue to chase them for years to come.
